I awaken in a house, which seems like I live there, at least by there being several radios tuned to NPR, and I have trouble finding them all to turn them off. In the next room I can hear girls talking, and I feel awkward that they have awakened before me, as I am supposed to be leading us in some rock climbing.

The rock walls are just outside the house, and to get things going, I ask a girl student to belay while I scramble up an easy pitch. She starts tying in, which she wouldn't normally do as a belayer, and I have to correct her... no, I'm going to climb, you're going to belay, you need to set up with an ATC. She seems flustered whenever I talk to her, and not paying attention, as though I were talking to someone else.

I have been calling her Lisa this whole time, and suddenly I realize that I got it wrong - "Oh wait, you're name isn't Lisa, is it?"

She shakes her head, no it isn't Lisa, and I say "I'm sorry, my mistake - it's Abbie, isn't it?" Yes, it's Abbie.
