I run across Jacki, in some Newberg gathering, and talk with her for a while. I am briefly distracted by something, and when I return, she has left, leaving me with a feeling that the conversation wasn't finished.

I wander on foot around Newberg, with no plan for the evening, so I decide to socialize. I come to a sort of bar where there are pretty girls in line for drinks, so I go in to have a drink. I intend to have a margarita or something, basically just to have an excuse to be social and get along with everyone, but as I'm waiting in line I see that they have some very interesting ice cream treats that would be just as beneficial without the side effects.

The girl at the counter directs my attention to some rack of flavors for the ice cream treat, which are based on a very unusual line of candies (like on that I bought in Terrebonne and still sits in my kitchen undevoured), with flavors like ham and fish. Sounds interesting, but I choose some berry flavor.
