I've stopped by to drop off something, as if on the North side of Beaverton-Hillsdale highway. I come into the courtyard, and several girls are sunbathing topless by the pool. One of them appears to be my old friend and real estate agent Anna, but I can't quite tell if it's her because her feet are away from me, so her face is upside down.

I greet her - Anna, is that you? - which is made a little more awkward because she and the girl next to her are topless. Yes it's her, and she gets up to greet me.

I end up laying on my back on a bed talking to Angelique, who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness, and is terribly scared and depressed. I'm telling her that sickness comes from inside, and she needs to solve the problem in her mind. I can talk to her a bit more, but my brother and sister are still waiting outside in the VW bus, so I have to tell them they can leave me, and later I'll walk to work.
