I'm picking up my Subaru, after it's been repaired (in real life, my Subaru got hit in a parking lot, and the repair negotiations are ongoing). I go up to the desk, and the guy is busy on the phone, but he has my receipt on the desk in front of him. It's kind of folded, but I can see the final number: $10,300. It's crazy; their estimate was $2700 and I got $2600 cash from the lady that hit me. There's no way they should have done that work. I'm getting ready to yell at them and tell them that they've just bought themselves a Subaru.

But I seem to be in my underwear, and anyway this guy is busy, so I wander around the shop, killing time.
