I'm on a road trip, as if going out camping. We stop at a store, and I'm milling about, but not buying anything. My brother-in-law Frank tries to get me to hurry up, asking what I'm looking for.

"Nothing in particular," I answer, "I just think there's that one thing I've forgotten that I'll need, and I'm thinking it'll be here." But I leave without buying anything.

Just outside the store I step in some dog doo, and it rather annoys me. I'm wearing sandals, and it's not just on the bottom, it's on my foot too. Yuck! Then I look up and see my dog Sydney pooping in the gravel parking lot, right when I'm in this predicament. Dang it!
