I'm at my friend's house, for his annual barbecue. The fields and the river, in a canyon far below, are at a flood stage from all the recent rains. Seems like it was like this last year, and everyone has brought their swimming suits, but I forgot mine. This only happens when there's a flood, and I didn't think about it.

The people are sliding down this cliff, out of sight into the canyon. But I remember last year, my friend took me down there and showed me what was there, and it looked really fun.

My host offers me a swim suit, but what about underwear? I suppose I could wear mine under his suit, and go commando later.
