I'm driving. It seems I came very close to hitting something as I was backing out. Then the "check engine" light comes on - but this time it's more serious. It's a special light that has specific instructions on what to check - like "check belts, battery, and alternator" or something like that.

(note: my check engine light has been trouble lately; I just spent $800 on it, and then it came on again, but then went back off, and I'm hoping it stays off. So in the dream, it was like "oh no, it came back on again.")
