These animals are bothering me, two that are clinging to my ankles, and especially this one rather round monkey, the size of two cats, that seems to be sitting on a sort of windowsill doing nothing. I take a stick that is several inches thick and bonk him on the head with it, hard enough to hurt. He hides his head in his arms, pretending the world isn't there, and goes to sleep. I feel bad.
