I'm out on the back deck at my house, with some people. They're telling me about casting protective spells on my house, but of course I am skeptical. He asks what my window frames are made of; metal, I tell him. He says that one spell could take care of all the windows. I still don't really buy it.

He reaches inside the back bathroom door and slaps the bedroom window frame (in the dream version of my house, he could reach that far) with about three rhythmic slaps.

Suddenly the kitchen lights come on, along with all the lights in the house, and the radios start blaring. We jump up and rush inside to turn things off. My wife picks up the little blue portable radio that is in the kitchen, giving to me to figure out how to turn it off.

(as I awaken, there are three entities looming over and looking down on me: the bookshelf, doorways on either side, and the curtain.)
