I'm climbing a muddy mountain with some people, but because of my foot, I am not with the group. I am going alone, later, so as not to hold up the group, and it doesn't seem there is much chance of me making it to the summit.

But I know a different route, around to the left, up this gully. It looks difficult from here, but I remember it's not as hard as it looks. The only problem is, there might be a lot of slippery mud. I'm not sure I should tackle it alone.
