I'm helping my dad with some project. I'm working alone, and he, my mom, and my brother Steve are working on some other part of the project. For some reason I am annoyed with my part of the job, like I think it's not being managed well, or I'm being taken advantage of.

The other three bump me hard on the shoulder with a large glass tile they are carrying, as if to add it to a wall made of similar material. We're all standing in clean blue water, up to my upper thighs, that makes it hard to move around. It's very pretty, with this water and the bluish glass tiles.

I go up to my dad and put my hand on his wet shoulder, and say with some finality, "I resign".
