Waiting to Enter BahamasfritzJun 17, 2013

I have just gotten off a plane, and am in a waiting area in the airport. I meet a young blonde girl, who is pretty interesting, and start talking to her. We're sitting in this large room, like an auditorium, with rows of chairs, waiting for something relating to entry into the Bahamas.

In the middle of the conversation, the girl has to go to the bathroom, so she excuses herself momentarily, saying we'll continue when she returns. I occupy myself walking around the auditorium, looking at the art on the walls, some of which is very interesting.

She comes back out, and we sit down in a different area of the room, but now a younger guy has joined us, sitting on the other side, competing with me for her attentions.

I'm telling her about how much I loved the Bahamas when I was here before, but then I remember, no, I didn't like it that much. I also remember that there was, similarly, some trouble with getting into the country, but that they had given us an alcoholic drink when we got off the plane to make it seem less onerous.

(In real life, I liked a lot of other places better than the Bahamas, when I went there a few years ago. I didn't have any trouble getting into the country, but they did give us an alcoholic drink when getting off the plane, before going through customs).

Next: Tiger!
