I'm returning from somewhere up in the Columbia Gorge. I am dropped off at a semi-truck which I apparently left parked on the side of a freeway exit ramp. I open the passenger-side door, and see that everything inside is thickly coated in brown dust from the road. I can see from there that I left open the wing-window on the driver's side, and it's been that way for a few days.

Oh well, not much I can do about it, so I get in and start to drive. Apparenly Liz (my friend who is a truck driver) left the truck with me, somewhat nervously. I take the wrong lane and end up going the wrong way, over the bridge and over the Columbia, but on the other side I turn east and get the next exit which is only a few hundred feet away, cross the river again, and I'm on my way. It's not quite a full-sized semi-truck, but the tractor is normal, it just has a smaller box on the back.

For some reason I take the truck down a dirt road (as if just driving around for fun) and turn around in what looks like camping spot by a river. I try to go back up the hill and get stuck due to some problem with my wheels, like a flat tire. I need somebody to come and fix that. When I get out, I notice that the road also has very deep ruts, so deep that there's no possible way to get the truck up that way. There's a flat clear area to the left, without ruts, but now that I look at it, I'm not sure the truck has enough traction to get up that way either. I'm worried that I've gotten myself completely stuck. I wonder if I should call Liz before she gets too far away; she left from the freeway overpass and is now heading North through Washington.
