Unexpected Camera ShoppingfritzOct 16, 2013

Taking a break from some event in downtown Portland, I walk across the bridge and go into a technology store. My dog-park-friend Sirpa works there, and she shows me this tiny camera which is pretty cool. But somebody else shows me a slightly larger one that I like even better for some reason, even though when I look through the viewfinder the image is all doubled. Both cameras are grey and oddly-shaped, wider at the front than the back, and with two eyepieces.

But I'm late, I have to rush back. On the way out, I call out to Sirpa that I want to buy the larger camera, but I have to run along, I will call tomorrow after I've done a little research (and, at someone else's suggestion, looked up reviews on the internet).

We walk back across the bridge, and into some brightly lit place, and up an escalator, but it seems our business is finished, so we're going home.
