I'm at something like a street fair, as if some booths or something were set up in southeast Portland. We were invited there by my once-dated Febe, who was hanging out with me, but now I'm leaving, and Febe is kissing on some skinny young tattooed guy. I'm wondering why she invited me to this thing.

I'm trying to get the dogs in the car, but Charlie isn't on the leash and he keeps running off into the street. At one point, he manages to get run over by a car, but he rolls under it between the wheels and emerges unscathed. I'm yelling out to him, trying to get him on the leash, but he's acting like Charlie, trying to cooperate but then getting distracted.
