Games at My House | | fritz | Jan 14, 2014 | I'm playing chess on a tablet computer with a girl who I apparently know well. We're in my house, but it doesn't look like real life - it's brighter, and there is a full-wall bookshelf on the inside wall, and nothing else in the room except a couch and some chairs. She's not a very good chess player, and I'm winning by a landslide. She has her queen up on my eighth rank, I just have to trap her and take her. But with this perspective and board interface, I can't seem to select what I want to. I make my move and give the board back to her, but she seems confused and hands it back to me. It looks like the game is starting over; I don't know why it did that, but whatever, it wasn't working right.
Her husband or boyfriend has come to pick her up, and I invite either of them to play ping-pong (acting out the pinging and ponging in a very exciting way), but they decline, saying they haven't played in a long time.
