I'm leading a climb, that's more just a steep hike. It's getting dark, but we're almost there, and everybody brought their headlamps, right? I'm not sure if I remembered mine. Here in the woods it's difficult to see the trail, and we're picking our way up a steep sandy bit when we see some people about 20 feet below us, heading down on the real trail, so we descend to there and go up that trail.

We arrive at an outcropping that is pretty much the summit, but not quite, with an awesome view, like Angel's Rest in the gorge. It's a lot lighter out of the woods, but the sun is still going down. My sister is there, and I ask her to take a picture of me and my team at the summit. She takes the camera, but keeps messing around with her kids or something and not taking the picture, until I start getting really impatient with her. There are these ancient temples up on the actual summit, just a few hundred yard up the hill, that I want to see before it gets dark!
