Frankie Machine and Soft Cat CarrierfritzJan 18, 2014

I'm at a Frankie Goes to Hollywood concert, in a dark, expansive concert hall. The floor is empty, but the stands are full. The music is already playing loudly, but instead of performers on the stage, there is a huge grey machine which is playing the music, literally a wall of gears and mechanisms, with one part on the left that rotates to show six or so faces of more machines.

I go up to the stands and look for a seat. I see some of my family members, but I keep walking all the way across the hall to the other side, where the stands almost meet the stage, and then I go around the back of the stage, where these is another stage. This one is also full of musical machines, but this is like a sale floor; all these ones are home studio toys you can buy. I look them over, but none are that interesting. I think, since the floor is all empty, I'll go walk along the front stage and take a closer look at that machine.

But first, I have to take Muezza to the vet nearby. I come out of the hall into the daylight, behind Target in Beaverton. I am carrying Muezza in a cat carrier, but it is a soft one that is much more comfortable to carry than a regular cat carrier. I have it in my arms, and I can even put my fingers through the mesh and rub her head. I think I should remember how this is done when I have to take her to the vet for the end of her life.

The vet is on a side street behind Target, but when I get to the street I thought it was, it isn't it, it's the next street, and it's a further walk, when I am anxious to get back to the concert.
