I'm showing somebody my foot, which in real life recently had surgery. But we are able to open it up, like it has a door in the skin on the side, and look right into the inside of the foot! How neat! Except we see something in there, like a large floating piece of loose bone. I don't think it's supposed to be there. Should we try to take it out, or perhaps go to the doctor to take it out?
