My childhood friend E. Loitz, whom I have not seen in many years, is on his back on the floor, seeming tired or drunk. I am anxious to get him going and move on to some other activity, but it doesn't seem like he can go home, so I offer to put him up in the guest room.

I go with him to the guest room, which is in my game room downstairs, to set him up there, but my colleague R. Dexter is sitting on the bed with his son playing a video game on the TV with his son. I tell him that E. would like to crash out in there, and he says he'll be out of there in a few.
