I'm in an unfamiliar room in a house, and gramma is there in her wheelchair, seeming only half-conscious. She had passed away some time ago, but now she's back, unexpectedly. I've got some other things to do, but I think I should spend the time with her, since she will likely go away again soon, perhaps for good.
