I've been tasked with putting on a concert later the same day - I'm supposed to sing "Moon River", and some other old songs like that. I guess I'm just supposed to look them up and learn them. In one day? I can't do that. But somebody thinks I can, and doesn't really give me the option not to, even though I tell them it's pretty much impossible.

Then I go out boating on a lake, in some small human-powered boat. My stepdaughter Alona is also boating, but I think she's in her own boat. The lake looks small when we start, and I expect to just paddle around for an hour or so, but suddenly I realize that the lake is much larger than it appeared, there are many large boats in it, and we are very far away from where we started. I think I didn't take the currents into account, they have dragged us very far away, it will take a long time to get back, and the sun is beating down on us.

So we pull the boats to the side of the lake where there is a store, and go in to get some sunscreen. They have it there, right at the front, in a fist-sized bottle, so we grab some but then I realize I didn't bring any money. Luckily Alona has some.

Now I'll never have time to work up those songs. I'll just have to tell them that I can't do it.
