I'm riding a motorcycle, on Bell Road out by my parents'. For some reason, I can operate the motorcycle only with one hand, perhaps because I'm carrying something in the other hand, so it's difficult and I'm going slow. But then it occurs to me that it's easier to ride faster, so I speed up almost to the point of losing control, and go over a hill that causes me to sail in the air in a huge jump, scared, but landing safely.

I go down and then up the big dip in the road, and then I stop to turn around, but I can't get the bike to go into neutral. I know it's supposed to be either down-up-up-up-up or down-down-down-down (the two common shifting patterns, I recall), but neither seems to get me to neutral. There are a couple of cars coming - I can see them driving down into the dip on the other side - and I am concerned because I'm not wearing a helmet or anything, and one of them might be a cop. Perhaps I can explain I was just out for a short ride to test out the bike...
