I'm in a competition which involves swimming out to this floating wooden platform, not more than 15 or 20 feet from the edge. Our opponents, who appear oriental, are lying exhausted on the platform, so beaten that I think I might not even enter the competition. But then one of my teammates says we still have to hurry, because we still must beat them at Chinese fishing, so I quickly get my swim trunks on.
