Oh, My Bear Just Does ThatfritzNov 16, 2016

I'm just opening the door to let my pets out - my two dogs Sydney and Charlie, and also two bears, one small brown one about the the size of a large dog, and one very large black one.

As soon as I open the door they all run happily out, scattering in all directions. The dogs are generally very obedient, and will obey my commands, but I can't even see where they went. The bears are much more wild, but I have the impression that they are my pets and are to come extent under my control.

In front of my house, which is not familiar, there is a park that is just about 40 or 50 feet deep, bounded by a wall or something, but stretches out to the left and right, far into the distance. It's like a city park, well-groomed and covered with a variety of small shrubs and trees. Among the trees and shrubs all my pets have disappeared.

I start walking through the park to my left, calling out to the animals with the intent that they'll move toward me and come more under my control. They all follow, though in indirect ways through the bushes.

We come to a building in the park, where two women work at desks with big open windows to the public, with some job related to park maintenance, but where people come up to the windows to ask questions or buy tickets or something. Inside the building I can see that my big black bear has found his way in there, and is standing with his front paws on the desk of one of the women, apparently investigating her lunch or something. The woman has rolled her chair away from the bear and his watching him with a mixture of caution and amusement, like she is not sure whether to be afraid of him. I assure her that there is nothing to be afraid of, it's my bear.
