Music To Cry To | | fritz | Dec 22, 2016 | I'm in a pale yellow-colored house where there is a party. From another room I hear music, bombastic classical music with drums playing, so I follow the source of the sound. It is a little group of three, with Alona playing violin, and a number of people in chairs have gathered to watch.
What they are playing is very familiar to me - I think Dvorak's 9th symphony - but somebody asks me and I tell them it's a different part of Bolero. It's really beautifully performed by these guys, so beautiful that it makes me want to cry. Tears well up in my eyes, but I hold them back.
I start looking for somewhere in the house where I can be alone so I can cry. I find this room that is mostly empty and sit in a corner but people keep coming in. | Next: Mountain Cabin |
