I'm stopping off at someone's house, at night. It seems I was doing something in their garage before, and just recently vacated, and am coming back to pick up something I forgot, or some other brief, unexpected business. I'm not really unwanted there, just unexpected.

I go in and finish up my stuff, and then try to exit stealthily from the garage my pushing the door-close button inside the garage and slipping out while the door closes. Except there are two doors, one inside the other, and two electric eyes, and it makes it really hard to get out without either getting locked in, or tripping the detector. I try several times and screw it up before one of the occupants of the house appears at the doorway, turning on the light to ask me what I'm doing. Once she sees who it is, she's ok with it.

She also has a little kid about 6 or 7 years old, who likes me and comes into the garage to greet me. I squat down to his level to say hello to him.
