I'm out somewhere with my family, and some other people, and some dogs along, my former dog Charlie among them. In the dream he's smaller and cuter, almost unfamiliar. He is in a car, and I go to greet him. He's happy to see me at first, but then runs off and all around like he generally would.

Then we're all gathered around these picnic covers, waiting while Steve is cooking something. I'm feeling impatient, I want to get on with something.
