Bike MotorfritzMar 14, 2017

My bike has a motor, which has apparently been built into it all along, I just never used it. Now for some reason I want to get it going, so I take it off the bike to tune it up. It isn't obvious where to put the gasoline - there isn't a tank or anything, just the motor unit itself, like a heart. I take it to the gas station and put some gas from the pump in one of the holes. It takes only a little gas, just like a quarter of a cup. I start it up, and surprisingly it just runs, buzzing away in my hand.

I put it back on the bike and go for a ride, from my parents' house down the hill out to Sherwood. My dogs are with me (well now I only have one dog, but I think Sydney and Charlie are both there). Now I have to pedal back up the hill, so I hope the motor works. I recall some thought process about how some motors only work when you aren't pedaling, but this one can assist on big hills and make the pedaling easier.
