Beach Car TheftfritzMay 4, 2017

It's a very sunny day, and I'm going to a beach, with Natasha. We park in a hot yellow town and meet some people that we walk with, but we walk all around the town for a while, and I wonder when we'll get to the beach.

Eventually we come to a beach, but it's a river, not the ocean. The surface is large rocks. Our friends immediately run splashing into the water and start swimming. I wade in, but I'm not really dressed for full swimming, and my head is aching (an impulse from real life; I'm in bed with a migraine). I mostly just want to go home.

So we leave and go back to the car, but it's gone. Natasha remembers exactly where it was, but it isn't there any more. I don't remember - didn't we move it to somewhere after that? - but she's sure we parked it right there, and now it's been stolen.

She rushes off somewhere to talk to somebody, instructing me to ask the people around here about it. I walk around, not seeing anyone who it would make sense to talk to, but I know if I don't talk to anyone, she will be mad, so I approach these two women who are working at a convenience store and ask them about it. "Not surprising," they say, "they've been stealing cars from here. Yesterday it was a Plymouth Horizon."
