I'm at a trade show, looking for the Audio Precision booth. I'm imagining it to be where it was, and look like it did, at the San Francisco AES show a few weeks ago. I think I was supposed to be here the last couple days, but I just got here.

There is a wall completely dividing the show floor, and I go through a door in it, but on the other side, vendors are all packed up. There are no displays or booths, just boxes and apparent packing activities, although no people.

So I go back to the active side, and shortly I find our booth. There are several girls who are apparently our representatives, sitting around. I don't see anyone else anywhere, and I ask them if the show is over. They say no, it isn't. I tell them that on the other side of the wall, everyone is all packed up. They say that those are permanent exhibitors, so they can do whatever they want.

I tell them that the area over there is deserted, and one of the girls says that when she finds herself in a deserted area she wants to take off her clothes. I laugh and tell her that there are two of us with that inclination. I think about joking that it would be dangerous for us to both end up in that situation together, but it seems unprofessional, so I don't.
