I'm with some sort of scientist, and he has a tiny unconsious puppy, completely enclosed in a white socklike bag. I think the dog is sick, and this is part of his recovery. But then I notice that the scientist is using the dog bag as some sort of paint filter; he's got it inline with the hose, and he's spraying white paint on a wall. I protest, but he says it's fine, the dog has to be in there anyway, and he has to paint the wall, it won't hurt him, everything will be ok.

I ask if he's sure - is the dog even still breathing? He stops and presents me the paint-soaked sock. I listen carefully, and I can hear the puppy breathing. I give him back to the scientist.
