I'm at a donut shop on 99W in Target, on the hill near where the Elks Lodge is, which doesn't exist in real life. I am getting something for the family, as apparently I'm on my way out to the farm. First I order 6 donut holes, which are placed in a plastic carton like eggs, and dressed with various sweet syrups, like Indian sweets. I taste them and they are delicious, but I don't think it's the right choice for the family. I tell the guy at the counter (which is more like a bar than a donut shop) that I'm going to eat all these myself, but I'd like a dozen donuts of mixed varieties. He tells me that I can't have mixed varieties, they only come in boxes of a single type. I say that last time I came here, they sold me a mixed box. It's all very good-natured, but I'm not sure if they'll sell me a mixed box or not.

I start telling them about the donut shop down the road that closed a while ago (in real life, there was a donut shop down there, which is now a small biker bar). I tell them how awesome it was, when it was near to closing, you could buy donuts there for 50c each, and they would sell you a mixed box of whatever you want.
