I'm sitting at some business meeting in a plain room, at a plain wooden table. There are these two small black birds, like starlings, that have come in through a window behind me and are walking around on the table. I try to make friends with them by reaching out, and gradually they come to my hand and I start petting them. One of seems to really like being petted and scratched behind the neck, and starts cuddling with my hand and rubbing up against my head and neck. It even begins to purr like a cat, and I'm pointing it out to everyone else, like, are you seeing this?
