I'm at the vet with Sydney and Bella. It's Dove Lewis, but it doesn't look like it does in real life - it's all messy and slummy. It seems to be night, there are few people around, and I'm letting my dogs run around loose.

A veterinarian comes out to check on a growth on Bella's hind leg. He says it doesn't look like anything to be concerned about, but he's quite worried about Sydney, she looks very ill. I tell him no, he doesn't understand, she's just an apparition, because she died several weeks ago (true to life), and what he's seeing there isn't even real. In fact, as I look back to his face, it's changed to become quite horrible, like some movie monster. "Yeah, see even you've changed," I say, "none of this is even real," and with some frustration, try to get out of the situation and back to reality.
