I'm with my brother Joe on a freeway underpass, somewhere downtown. It's a concert, apparently, arranged for social distance. The audience are all lined up on the shoulder of a high bridge, looking down on another road, nearly parallel but lower, where some famous singers are performing to a recorded music track. I remark that apparently that road is closed, and I wonder if it's closed just for this, or if it was already closed.

One of the singing girls comes up to us, somehow, on the other side of the barrier, and starts chatting and flirting with Joe. He says something to the effect that she should have invited him to her room, so that he could tell her that he's happily married, and then they wouldn't have to be dealing with this sexual tension.
