I sneak into this huge machine shop, and spend all day there, secretly playing with the machines, apparently trying to make something. There's only one guy there, upstairs in an office. He gets suspicious and searches the machine shop, but I hide from him, and he can't identify me because I parked my car a couple streets away.

At the end of the day, I give up. I don't know how to use any of these machines. I start to walk away, but then I change my mind and decide there's no harm to confessing. I greet the guy, a youngish man, who has been watching the machine shop, and tell him I've been in there all day. He isn't too bothered by it, and he offers me this heavy metal disk, like a manhole cover, like he had seen me eyeing it and was like "do you still want it?", and I think for a second and then say "yeah, I would". I don't really want it, but I'm trying to act like a metal guy. But then I say goodbye and walk away without it.
