I'm sitting in my truck, stopped on a neighborhood street. I pulled off the road to do something on my phone, but since there was nobody around I didn't pull over to the curb, I'm just sitting in the road. Then I see a cop car pull around me, so I start up the truck and get ready to quickly move to the side.

He pulls in front of me and gets out anyway, and starts harassing me about some things in the car that he takes to be protesting supplies. He holds up a milk carton on which is handwritten "Molokai" in a fancy swirling script, apparently associating it with a molotov cocktail, and I laugh and tell him molokai is Russian for 'milk'. Then they find a box of post-it notes, torn in half, with some thing or things written on them. They are, all that stuff, protesting supplies of some sort.
