I think I'm on vacation somewhere, and I leave what seems like a campground, driving a rented car, in the dark. But it's confusing, there are three pedals, and it's not a stick shift. I'm trying to figure it out, but I almost run into a car stopped at a light ahead of me, apparently pushing the wrong brake.

I maneuver back to where I came from, I think, into this parking lot where there is plenty of room for errors, and park the car. I rejoin my people, who are indistinct, and tell them about the car experience. Somebody suggests that the car is electric, so it probably has regenerative braking, and it's like "aha!", yes I think it is. I didn't realize it was an electric vehicle, but that makes perfect sense that one of the brakes would be a regenerative brake, but wouldn't stop the car suddenly and completely, you'd use the other brake for that. Now that I know it's electric, I wonder if it has enough juice to take me where I want to go tomorrow, since it didn't come with a charger.
