I'm in an airplane that is about to crash. I'm not sure how we know that, but everybody knows the plane will crash in a few minutes, and we may or may not survive. I'm not in an airplane seat, I'm just sitting on the floor against the curved wall, in front of most of the other passengers in seats. We can't see outside, or have any sense of what it going on out there. We just fly along, awaiting impact. I consider what it will be like to die in a plane crash. What would kill you? Being smashed, I suppose, or run through with debris. That could hurt, I suppose, but not for very long. Oh well, nothing I can do about that now.
