I come out to the kitchen in our house, as if I'm just waking up. Amber is standing in the kitchen, near the table, even walking around a little bit. This is a surprise, she's just over six months old (as in real life) and can't walk at all. "What, she can just walk?" I exclaim.

Vera says "yeah, I just stood her up and she started walking".

Wow, I'm amazed, but I feel like I missed something, because I didn't see her first steps, we just skipped over all that.

Also, her head is really small, like barely bigger than a golf ball. "Why is her head so small?" I ask, but Vera doesn't know.
