Chaos with GlassesfritzSep 15, 2022

I'm in my house, except there's a bed in the kitchen where the table would be, with the headboard against the fireplace. I'm foggy-headed and confused, and everything is chaos (in real life, I'm presently in bed with a migraine, and we have Lilia and Tamara for houseguests, so things are weird). I can't see, I think my glasses are missing, I'm taking care of toddler-walking Amber, and there's a strange man working in the laundry room. I ask Vera if that's the dishwasher guy, she says it is, and he brought his two little boys, also toddler age, who are sitting on the bed. I set Amber down near them and try to keep an eye on them too, but I still can't see well, and I'm fumbling for my glasses. I pick up a pair, but it isn't mine, it's a strange pair with large and mildly tinted lenses, like from the 70's. I think this sounds like a great idea for migraines, so I try to put them on, but one of the arms comes off, the plastic sheathed part that goes over the ears, and I can't put them together without seeing them. I fumble with that a bit, try to put them on again and the same thing happens, and then I pick up some other glasses and try to put them on, but that doesn't work either, and it turns out they aren't glasses at all, but a watch band with a flashlight attached.
