Runaway Truck, Bales and PlumsfritzOct 18, 2007

I've stopped at an apartment complex in my old red truck. I leave it running and get out, and I think I'm looking for somebody or something. Then somebody from the apartment management finds me and tells me he's moved my truck. He asks me if I realized that when I left it was rolling. Oops!

In another scene, I'm helping clean up after some event in a large hall. The cleanup involves a lot of bales of hay which must be piled up, and it appears that these people have no idea how to stack hay bales. The pile is all crooked and strangely-shaped, instead of the nice organized square it should be. They've even used some sticks and debris to plug holes in the structure, kind of like windows, putting the sticks across the panes.

Later I've just got out of school or something with a friend. We're walking, but then we meet somebody with car and ask if we can ride on the hood. He says ok, and his car is the sporty type with headlights that flip up, so he flips them up and each of us straddles one. He drives us along a straight stretch of road to an inersection.

Apparently our destination doesn't work out, although I'm pretty sure I know where we are, and we end up inside the car. I'm in the back seat, passenger side. The guy gives us some really good crunchy plums, and we start munching away. At one point the driver is eating one and holding it almost in front of my face, half eaten, and I impulsively take it from him and eat the other half. He seems surprised and mildly annoyed but he says nothing. We end up getting quite a bit of purple plum juice on the interior of his car, but his car is old and crappy and all messy inside anyway.

He takes us to a bar where we're apparently going to the spend the evening. We get out with our stuff, and I notice that I've got one tiny drop of plum juice on the front of my shirt, the light blue sleeveless that I use for climbing. It looks a little bad, but I think it won't be noticeable, or I can wash it off.
