I'm at a gas station, filling up. The passenger side door of my car is open, and there is a small white poodle sitting on the floor mat on a blanket.

As I am walking away toward the station store, a large hippie-looking fellow sees the dog and comes over, squatting down and coochie-cooing him. Then he starts giving commands, and seems to be getting angry that the dog isn't obeying. I come back and explain that the dog doesn't obey because he is deaf. The dog looks up with his nose eye, as if he is blind as well.
