We're in New Zealand, and I suddenly realize that we missed our flight home. We were supposed to leave in the afternoon, now it's evening, and we completely forgot.

Keta gets on the phone with the airline people to see if we can leave on the same schedule the next day. But she's really rude to them, and isn't making any progress. I get really mad at her, telling her that she has to be nice to them, because we need their help with our tickets, can't she just be polite?
