I'm riding atop a trailer loaded with farm debris, being towed by a tractor, up at my parents' farm. We've just come down from the hill, down the gravel road, and are starting up the driveway.

It seems that Sydney has just died, hit by a car or something. My third dog down. I feel bad and lonely, and I don't think I can be responsible for another dog.
