There's been a storm during the night, and several inches of snow blanket my yard and trees. I go into the garage, and find that snow has been blowing under the door to the back yard, and built up a sizeable drift in the garage. I don't worry about it.

I drive my truck out to my parents' house, where I embark on some sort of truck-related mission which has me driving down the road and up Janice Dill's driveway, but I end up out behind the barn. I am just about to roll myself up a cigarette from some handrolling tobacco when my cousin Peter shows up to help me. I laugh, oh well, just typical that I would get interrupted right now, and hide the tobacco away.
