Those Crazy Infesting Lizards | | fritz | Jan 30, 2009 | A rhododendron bush on mom's patio, against the house, has been infested by lizards. I catch a couple of them, who appear to like each other, and hold them in my hands. They bask in the warmth of my skin, sleeping, stretched out next to each other. One is about a foot long, excluding his tail, and bright green. The other is smaller, and a more brownish tone.
I put them back up in the tree, where there are also many smaller lizards. One of them falls from the tree to the pavement, where it smushes into a small blob like a wad of chewing gum. I'm concerned about its fate, but then it unfolds itself back to normal and jumps back up into the bush. I see another one do the same, and realize that it is normal behavior for them. | Next: Minor Collision, and Poison Oak |
