I'm at the doctor's, in a waiting room, waiting for an appointment. I'm seeing a new doctor, and intending to tell him about all the things that have been wrong for many years, and my previous doctor didn't pay attention to. I'm eating a Subway sandwich while waiting. One of my teeth is loose, a molar on the left side, as it has been for a long time.

I start playing with it with my tongue, turning it all the way around. Suddenly, I intentionally twist hard on it and it comes out - a huge tooth with a large piece of bone attached, almost like a rib. I think at first that I've lost my jawbone, but I feel along my jawline and it's still there.

My mouth is bleeding, and the nurses come and make a fuss, but I tell them it's ok, I don't think that's even why I came to the doctor.

(note: last Survivor, one of the players broke a tooth and had a bloody mouth. He treated it the same way, like no big deal)
