My Very Own Store | | fritz | Mar 17, 2009 | Somebody has given me a store, almost as if I had inherited it or something. It's a small place, like a corner-store, with bagged food, drinks, ice cream, and the like. I'm pretty excited about running it, and as I walk the aisles I imagine how I can add some unique camping equipment, and how cool that will be.
I have to go somewhere for an errand, and I leave the store wide open, figuring that people will be honest. When I return, I see a guy leaving the store with an armload of products, and I realize that even if somebody wanted to pay, when I wasn't there, they wouldn't be able to because there would be nobody at the register and it would be closed. I will have to consider what to do about that.
I have brought back a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread, which I put in their places on the shelves. I notice some other shelf areas that are getting empty, and I don't have any idea where the stuff comes from. I am going to have to figure out how to stock the store. | Next: Something Wrong With This Tooth Here |
